Refund and cancellation requests are assessed according to applicable consumer law and order conditions communicated at purchase stage.

Where distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, requests should be submitted within 14 days from delivery receipt.

If a return is accepted, the refund is processed through the original payment method within normal banking timelines.
